The USC Trojans landed themselves a gem by signing the seven-footer and elite five-star center recruit Evan Mobley to join their 2020 recruiting class. The Rancho Christian High School product and Temecula, CA, native ranks as the nation’s top 2020 high school prospect and chose USC over the likes of the Stanford Cardinal and Alabama Crimson Tide.

The insane athleticism and versatile offensive skill set of Mobley has to make NBA scouts drool at the thought of what he can do at the top level of the sport already. Mobley is a good shooter from the low post and can face up and score from the high-post. His range is extending year-after-year, so he might be a more than capable floor spacer from beyond the arc in due time.

Moreover, the defensive skill set of Mobley does need to improve in certain areas, but there is ample reason to believe he can be a stud two-way big man. Mobley is the type of center that can averaged 20 points, 10-12 boards, and two or three blocks per game once he starts to reach his ceiling in college and in the NBA.

Since he’ll be facing easier competition than some other schools in the Big 12, ACC, and Big Ten, his stat sheet could be special with USC next season.

Chicago Bulls fans should just watch and admire the physical tools and well-rounded game that Mobley could bring to the table once his NBA journey begins. His highlights are already going viral and catching people’s eyes everywhere.
