The Chicago Bulls lost in heartbreaking fashion tonight in Miami. Here are player grades from the overtime loss against Jimmy Butler and Co.
There are losses, and then there are devastating losses. Tonight’s loss was a devastating one for the Chicago Bulls. They were in control of the game in the fourth quarter until rookie Tyler Herro went unconscious from behind the 3-point line.
Chicago had a chance to win the game in overtime but late missed threes from Zach LaVine and Lauri Markkanen would wind up sealing their fate.
Here are player grades from the tough loss.
Lauri Markkanen was really good tonight. He knocked down threes, got to the rim and was aggressive on the glass. He finished the game with 22 points on 8-of-15 shooting from the field and 4-of-10 shooting from three. He also had a filthy putback jam.. Forward. Chicago Bulls. LAURI MARKKANEN. A

C-. Zach LaVine had a rough night. He scored 18 points on a brutal 5-of-19 shooting from the field and 1-of-8 shooting from 3-point territory. He also committed seven turnovers. Sometimes, you just don’t have it. When he’s having nights like this in the future, he needs to put his head down and attack the basket, not settle for jumper after jumper.. Guard. Chicago Bulls.
