5. Otto Porter Jr.

Previous ranking: 4

Otto Porter Jr. has been one of the most disappointing Bulls so far this season. Due to injury, he’s only played in nine of the 20 games and is only averaging 25.1 minutes of action per contest. His shooting numbers are way down from where fans are used to them being, he’s not rebounding as much as he used to, and he’s not passing the ball well.

All things considered, he’s been pretty bad.

With all that being said, though, Otto’s absence is weighing heavily on the Bulls. They’ve been forced to start guys like Chandler Hutchison and Shaquille Harrison. When that’s happening, you probably aren’t winning many games.

The Bulls desperately need Otto to come back. They need his length and versatility on defense. They need his floor-spacing ability on offense. If he can be more efficient when he returns from injury, he’ll skyrocket up this list.
