The rest of the picks up to No. 22

The Chicago Bulls used their second pick of the first round of the 2018 NBA Draft to land the former Boise State Broncos small forward Chandler Hutchison. There was an apparent draft promise they used to land him.

Would the best keep that pick if they could do it all over again now? Here’s a look at how the picks would shake out post-lottery up until the Bulls selection at No. 22.

15. Washington Wizards-Lonnie Walker, Shooting Guard

The original first round pick of the San Antonio Spurs, Lonnie Walker, lands with the Wizards.

16. Philadelphia 76ers-Mikal Bridges, Small Forward

Yet another wing pick helps out the Sixers depth, this time with small forward Mikal Bridges.

17. Milwaukee Bucks-Landry Shamet, Point Guard

An original first round draft pick of the Sixers, guard Landry Shamet, lands with the Milwaukee Bucks just outside the lottery.

18. San Antonio Spurs-Donte DiVincenzo, Shooting Guard

The former Villanova Wildcats shooting guard Donte DiVincenzo lands just one spot later, to the Spurs, that he did originally in the 2018 draft.

19. Atlanta Hawks-Anfernee Simons, Combo Guard

The need for the Hawks to get that microwave scoring guard gets filled at No. 19 with the original pick of the Portland Trail Blazers, combo guard Anfernee Simons.

20. Minnesota Timberwolves-Josh Okogie, Shooting Guard

The train of guard picks continues with the original No. 20 overall pick of the Minnesota Timberwolves with shooting guard Josh Okogie.

21. Utah Jazz-Jalen Brunson, Point Guard

It seems like either one of two underrated 2018 second round guard draft picks, Jalen Brunson and/or Devonte’ Graham would do well do land with the Utah Jazz at No. 21.

22. Chicago Bulls-Allonzo Trier, Shooting Guard

The former Arizona shooting guard, and the first round 2018 draft pick of the Knicks, Allonzo Trier is where the Bulls elect to put their No. 22 overall selection. His player efficiency rating (around 15) and shooting numbers both took significant jumps so far this season compared to his rookie campaign.
