There’s not much for the Chicago Bulls front office to hang their hat on with how the 2019-20 regular season started off.

At this point of the regular season, the Chicago Bulls have a lot of blame to go around. But a lot of it would have to fall on the shoulders of the front office, with John Paxson and Gar Forman, along with head coach Jim Boylen. Through 10 games, the Bulls are off to a 3-7 start during the 2019-20 regular season.

This was supposed to be a season where the Bulls were able to make a leap toward true playoff contender status in the Eastern Conference. But the Bulls are starting to fall to the point in the standings in the East that they were at last season. The Bulls finished up last season with a dismal 22-60 record.

What did the former Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg in was his 5-19 start through the month of December. Boylen isn’t off to a much better start in his first season as the official head coach of the Bulls.

A lot of the blame should be falling on the shoulders of GarPax at this point. They refuse to adjust to the modern changing times in the NBA, and that is causing this Bulls franchise to have their value diminished because of it. The Bulls are widely considered to be one of the worst franchises in the NBA in the modern day. They are also considered one of the most dysfunctional.

Granted there is worse around the NBA in terms of dysfunctional front offices.

Here’s a look into the ranking of the five front offices that could be considered worse than the Chicago Bulls 10 games into the 2019-20 regular season.
