The Chicago Bulls took the Atlanta Hawks by storm tonight. Here are player grades from their dominant bounce-back victory.

Well, the Chicago Bulls did it. They held on to a fourth-quarter lead. Let’s take a moment to appreciate that.

Alright, the moment’s over. Let’s dive in!

Tonight, the Bulls looked like a team that was ticked off about their recent play and determined to right the ship. That speaks volumes to the team’s attitude and dare I say, spirit. The Hawks are one of the league’s hottest young teams and have been buzzing behind the play of star point guard Trae Young. It would’ve been easy to get outworked tonight, but that didn’t happen. They were gritty throughout the entire game.

Chicago held a 56-41 halftime lead, but more importantly, came out of the locker room and won the third quarter by 11 points. That’s a huge step in the right direction. They didn’t get lazy and overconfident. They kept their heads down and kept pushing. The Hawks were never able to make a substantial run.

Here are player grades from the fantastic W.

A. That’s right! Jim Boylen impressed me tonight, so he snuck his way into the “player” grades. Boylen has been facing scrutiny for quite some time, but tonight, he tossed a no-hitter. His rotations were good, and he clearly maintained control of the locker room after a tough couple of days. Well done, Jimbo.. Coach. Chicago Bulls. JIM BOYLEN
