1. Vintage Chicago Bulls Title pennants
Not only do the Chicago Bulls front office and marketing team try to milk the “good ole days” with the fan base to try and take the focus off the faults on the court, but they try to for the nostalgia too. Although, it’s hard not to be nostalgic about the 1990’s Bulls teams since they bring back such fond memories for so many fans in the Windy City.
The Bulls have rolled with this idea before and it’s rather generic. But it’s easy to do and will always be popular with the fans. There will also be more Bulls paraphernalia hanging around the Windy City which is always a positive thing. Doing this against a storied franchise like the Los Angeles Lakers or New York Knicks would make it all the more fun.
The Bulls don’t have to do anything overwhelmingly special here, but this would be a nice throw-in on a fan appreciation night that doesn’t have any significant giveaway along with it. What’s better than an easy and cost effective move that would do even more to fill the stands.
There’s also a lot of creative ideas the Bulls could work with to design a vintage logo pennant from the title years (refer to the picture in the Tweet above). They could also incorporate features from local artists to add flair to it like they did with the logo hats in a giveaway a few years back. There’s a lot to work with for this idea.
