2. Guerschon Yabusele, Forward

The Boston Celtics elected to part ways with the former first round pick, 16th overall, from the 2016 NBA Draft, forward Guerschon Yabusele. There’s still untapped potential that another NBA team could look into after the Celtics saw Yabusele out the door earlier this year.

If the Chicago Bulls are looking to stock up on forward depth that might be able to play with the G-League Windy City Bulls for most of the season, then Yabusele is a great option. The 6-foot-8 Yabusele carries a frame of 260 pounds that can really move bodies around in the paint.

Much like what Dorsey did after he didn’t land anywhere right away in free agency, Yabusele decided to take his talents overseas for next season. Yabusele reportedly took his talents to China to play for Nanjing Tongxi.

Reeling the “Dancing Bear” back to the NBA ranks might not be all that difficult for the Bulls.

In his career with the Celtics, Yabusele played in 74 games and averaged 2.3 points per game, 1.4 rebounds, and 0.4 assists. He never really developed into the player the Celtics were hoping for as he was nearly picked in the lottery in 2016. But as a rookie, he did have .122 win shares per 48 minutes. That might be something to work off of.
