What could be the final move that the Chicago Bulls make to try and patch the roster needs that emerged within the past month?

A host of recent events that transpired this offseason for the Chicago Bulls, combined with an open two-way contract spot, and other injury concerns presents an opportunity to hit the free agent market now.

The latest injury that could impact head coach Jim Boylen and the Bulls in a big way was to second-year small forward Chandler Hutchison. A lack of depth on the wing beyond small forward Otto Porter Jr. makes the need to potentially add another at the position pretty dire just ahead of the start of the preseason and Training Camp.

Another piece of roster movement that is worth noting for the Bulls happened last weekend with the waiving of third-year shooting guard Antonio Blakeney. The mostly inefficient former LSU Tigers volume scorer spent a lot of his time with this organization jumping between the Chicago Bulls and the G-League affiliate Windy City Bulls.

And the Bulls continue to have the discussion swirling about what to do with fourth-year point guard Kris Dunn. If John Paxson and Gar Forman are able to shop Dunn, that would open up one more roster spot for the Bulls this coming season.

Last but not least, the Bulls do have one two-way contract slot open alongside French wing Adam Mokoka. That could be worth considering as the Bulls try to fill the final roster ahead of Training Camp.

Here’s a look into the definitive final big board for free agency for this Chicago Bulls front office heading into the final stretch run of the offseason.
