Chicago Bulls: 5 players with rising stock ahead 2019-20 season
Contrary to what NBA fans witnessed from Valentine in his first three years with the Chicago Bulls, former Wizards combo guard Tomas Satoransky keeps proving himself more and more as the years go by entering his late 20’s. Satoransky and Valentine need to both be key contributors in Boylen’s backcourt rotation this season.
What is also helping Satoransky’s case heading into the 2019-20 regular season is the fact that he’s doing so well with the Czech Republic in the months leading up to the FIBA World Cup. He’s about the best hope that the Czech Republic has of making a run in a tough group in pool play that also includes the United States.
Numerous 15-plus point efforts for Satoransky to help guide his Czech squad will come to a head at the outset of the month of September. The opening game in pool play for the Czech team is the United States, who has to be motivated to get off on the right foot in Shanghai.
Yet, Satoransky’s efficient ball handling and facilitating ability along with his floor spacing makes him a great option to work the offense through at the point. He will provide a much more versatile offensive threat for this Bulls attack than point guard Kris Dunn was for the last two seasons.
