The Chicago Bulls are loaded with young talent. This season will separate the keepers from those who have plateaued or regressed. Expect a couple players to possibly have a dramatic rise or fall.

The Chicago Bulls are considered by most NBA observers as being one of the better up and coming young teams in the league. That usually translates to lots of potential with nothing actualized yet.

The upcoming season may result in a major leap forward for some while we witness really ugly basketball from others. The 2019-20 Bulls are a young team with many unproven players.

Often one will rise above the others and become a leader. One will develop into a star, while another will become a total bust. For Bulls management, it is a business. The upcoming season will weed out those who provide the best bang for the buck.

The team is expected to be in the middle of the pack. The difference between a last place club and an average one is that the latter may have league leaders in both positive categories as well as negative ones.

A lottery team usually has no player rank at the top of a scoring category. A great team will usually not have a player lead the league in turnovers or such.

Most leader boards from last season are void of current Bulls players landing even in the top ten. The chances of a player leading the league this season in offensive categories such as scoring average per game or free throw attempts per game is pretty slim.

Assuming the Bulls will end up as an average team fighting for the last playoff seed in the wide open Eastern Conference, here are four players on the roster who do have a better than slim shot at making the leader boards, for good or bad, in a statistical category this coming season.
