Zach LaVine: Make the 2020 NBA All-Star team

Zach LaVine was very close to being an NBA All-Star in 2019, and there is no reason why he shouldn’t be one in 2020. The NBA is so dependent on star power today, and the Bulls are no exception to the rule.

The rebuild appears to be virtually over in Chicago, meaning that Zach is presumably going to be a star player in the NBA. All signs point to this being true, but his individual success must be paired with team success in order to solidify himself amongst the NBA’s top players.

Lauri Markkanen: Average an efficient 20 and 10

Another very reasonable goal, Lauri Markkanen should look to become a 20 point double-double machine in 2019-2020. Putting up such numbers would put Markkanen in a very serious All-Star conversation, although a Bulls team that would be lucky to snag a playoff spot is highly unlikely to have two players on the All-Star team.

Nonetheless, Lauri is still only 22 years old and appears to have a star-studded future ahead of him, so being in the same conversation as the league’s top players would certainly be a great step in year three.

Coby White: Make the All-Rookie First Team

Many experts are predicting Bulls’ rookie guard Coby White to be amongst the NBA’s top five rookies come the end of the 2019-2020 season. As a gifted offensive talent and a promising defensive project, White has many believing that he will make an immediate impact in Chicago.

White will more than likely begin his career off the bench, but will surely win the starting job by the  season’s end. Don’t look for him to put up crazy numbers, but the All-Rookie First Team is a very reasonable and realistic goal for the UNC product.
