Jamal Crawford. 3. player. 24. . Guard. Former Team: Phoenix Suns

The Chicago Bulls don’t need all that much help at point guard for this coming regular season, but they do need help at the two. The Bulls have an interesting situation at point guard between Kris Dunn, Shaquille Harrison, Ryan Arcidiacono, and Coby White all likely vying for playing time behind Tomas Satoransky.

However, a good option to boost the depth potentially at shooting guard could be the 39-year-old veteran guard Jamal Crawford. A player that has played in more than 1,300 games in his lengthy and admirable NBA career would be a very valuable veteran that could be added to the Bulls roster.

This would also allow Crawford’s NBA journeyman career to come full circle back to where it all started. Crawford started out with the Bulls back during the 2000-01 season when he was just 20-years-old. Since then, he’s contributed both as a starter and off the bench with seven other teams.

With the Suns last season, Crawford averaged 7.9 points per game, 3.6 assists, and 1.3 rebounds. The 6-foot-5 combo guard could fill a multitude of roles for Chicago Bulls head coach Jim Boylen. He could also be a key veteran voice added to the Bulls locker room alongside another recent acquisition like Thad Young.
