5. Russell Westbrook, Houston Rockets

Lethal. Aggressive. Physical. Passionate. Dominating. All words that can be used to describe Russell Westbrook’s game and his dunking ability. When Westbrook takes flight it’s either your soul or the ball that goes through the hoop, there is no in-between for Russ.

After spending his entire 11-year-career in Oklahoma City, he was traded to the Rockets after Paul George was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers to join two-time NBA Champion Kawhi Leonard. Reconnecting with his former teammate James Harden, the two will form one of the best tandems in the league and what could be (prematurely and on-paper) one of the best guards duos in league history.

Westbrook’s end-to-end dunks and expressions after ferocious slams are what we all want to see and he will have to defer often to Harden so unfortunately his dunk opportunities may be limited per game. Regardless, one-on-one to the hoop, give me Westbrook versus the world.
