It’s NBA Dunk Week and to celebrate, find out where Chicago Bulls guard Zach Lavine lands on a list of the top-10 in-game dunkers heading into the 2019-20 NBA season.

It’s NBA Dunk Week and what better way to celebrate than watch videos of the best basketball players in the world throw down alley-oops and posters all over each other? A social media week-long holiday that well, has featured Chicago Bulls’ Zach LaVine a lot, has been hashtagged all over the world leaving fans posting and sharing their favorite slams of recent and past players.

Dead space in the offseason calls for creative minds, and this is what the league is giving us to pass the time, so in honor of the NBA’s Dunk Week and Chicago Bulls Zach LaVine being the former 2015 and 2016 NBA Slam Dunk Champion, a top 10 list of the best in-game dunkers heading into next season seems appropriate.

There were so many great athletes especially above the rim so players like Larry Nance Jr., DeAndre Jordan, John Wall, Andrew Wiggins, and DeMar DeRozan were left off the list, respectively. The NBA has so much talent and the size and athleticism of the past couple of draft classes bring a new and freakish athleticism to the game, and no Zion Williamson is not on this list….yet.

It was beyond difficult narrowing down a list to 10 so here are three honorable mentions that could have easily been in the top-10 to get started the ball rolling.
