Denzel Valentine: 74 overall
Don’t expect this rating to stay this low for long, as Denzel Valentine is certainly worthy of a rating above 75. A year lost due to an ankle injury plummeted his rating and caused many to forget about the former lottery pick. Valentine’s rating is absolutely going to go up this season, it is just a matter of how high it can get. Anywhere from 75 to the low 80’s could be a realistic number for a healthy Valentine.
Ryan Arcidiacono: 74 overall
Ryan Arcidiacono, a fan favorite in Chicago, was locked up on a three-year deal after a phenomenal surprise season. A two-way player just a season ago, Arcidiacono received just a 66 overall rating to start 2k19, but his rating skyrocketed to finish at a 72 by the end of the season. Arcidiacono could be a candidate to have his rating snubbed, but Chicago fans know his value as a hustle player who will provide solid minutes every night.
Shaquille Harrison: 73 overall
Shaq Harrison‘s return to Chicago took many by surprise, as the Bulls currently have five point guards on the roster. The defensive specialist had a solid year in Chicago in limited minutes, and will look to continue this into 2019-2020. His rating will likely stay the same in 2k20, as his minutes are sure to be extremely limited in a crowded backcourt.
Chandler Hutchison: 72 overall
Chandler Hutchison didn’t prove much in his freshman NBA season, but with a full offseason to get healthy and improve his game, the 23-year-old forward should see a very slight increase in his rating. Hutchison proved to be a solid rebounder and defender in a limited role in his rookie season, but he will need to improve his offensive game drastically this season to establish himself as a part of this young Bulls core and improve his rating.
