Tomas Satoransky: 77 overall
With Kris Dunn likely on the move, Tomas Satoransky will probably be the game one starter for Chicago. Satoransky didn’t improve drastically from year three to year four, but nonetheless played solid basketball in Washington.
Don’t look for Satoransky to make any huge strides in his 4th NBA season and first in Chicago, but he will likely improve even more as a facilitator and floor spacer. Nonetheless, he receives a one point increase in his rating due to his improvement as a passer last season.
Zach LaVine: 87 overall
Starting the season at an 80 overall and shooting up to an 86 by the end of the 2019-2020 campaign, Zach LaVine proved that he could become the volume scorer that many believed he would become. Due to his exponential improvement in his rating last year, it would be hard to imagine Ronnie 2k bumping up his rating a ton.
If LaVine can improve his defense and passing this season, he could definitely get close to a 90 overall by the end of this season. Having healthy teammates this year will also improve Zach’s play as a facilitator in addition to the arrival of key free agents to surround him.
