16. San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs aren’t the same dominant team they used to be, but they’re still a dang-good basketball team.

Dejounte Murray missed the entire 2018-19 season with a torn ACL, but he looks like a guy ready to be a franchise point guard for years to come. He’s an elite defender and an underrated offensive player.

Murray should fit in nicely with DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge, the Spurs’ two best players. Those three guys won’t lead the Spurs to a championship, but they’ll win a lot of games.

Another bright spot for the Spurs is coming by way of Lonnie Walker IV. Armed with possibly the best hair in the league, Lonnie has taken the 2019 NBA Summer League by storm. The dude has looked like a man amongst boys. If Walker can translate even a fraction of his summer success to the regular season, the Spurs will have a legitimate rising star on their hands.
