Kris Dunn Trade Rumors: 4 updated Chicago Bulls trade destinations
3. Houston Rockets
An interesting fit for Dunn if the Chicago Bulls were able to make a trade partner out of Daryl Morey would be the Houston Rockets. The Rockets definitely could use more of a defensive presence and a good amount of length off the bench.
Landing alongside the star guard pairing of Chris Paul and MVP contender James Harden could be a great boost to Dunn’s development on the offensive end of the floor. Dunn’s outside shooting and ability to draw fouls was almost non-existent down the stretch last season, and during that huge lapse in December.
There’s not much better that Dunn could learn from offensively than Harden. The best that there is in the NBA right now in terms of shooting efficiency, effective shot creation, and drawing contact and fouls is Harden. The only drawback to this landing spot for Dunn is the apparent locker room chaos between Paul and Harden.
What the Rockets also bring to the table in a possible Dunn trade package is a host of talented players that the Bulls would love to add. Shooting guard Eric Gordon and center Clint Capela are just two of the names that could be discussed if the Rockets wanted to pursue the idea of landing Dunn.
