Big names outside former Chicago Bulls in the BIG3

It can feel like watching the BIG3 is like gazing back into former big names from the past two decades in the NBA. The BIG3 does have eight former Chicago Bulls in all competing during the 2019 season, but considering there are 12 teams in total there’s a lot of names that we shouldn’t just skim past.

The BIG3 is a fun way to help NBA fans, and just basketball fans in general at any level, get through the summer months where the actual on-the-court action is lacking. We do get the NBA Summer League, but that doesn’t last all that long and it doesn’t feature really any veterans.

The most recognizable names in the BIG3 now includes former Sacramento Kings point guard Mike Bibby, Seattle SuperSonics wing Rashard Lewis, New Orleans Hornets point guard Baron Davis, Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom, Phoenix Suns big man Amar’e Stoudemire, and Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas.
