Center. Texas. player. 125. Pick Analysis. Jaxson Hayes. 10. Scouting Report
Stock trend from previous mock: +/- 0
Yet another piece to add to the young group, the Hawks fill the void at center with Texas’ Jaxson Hayes. He may not have the highest ceiling, but a lob-catching, shot-blocking center would be a great fit with the perimeter-based players in Atlanta.
Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Gonzaga. Rui Hachimura. 11. Forward. player. 86
Stock trend from previous mock: +/- 0
An iffy situation in Minnesota calls for a player such as Rui Hachimura, who is young yet should be able to step in and make an impact on day one. Power forward is a definite need for this team, and Hachimura’s well-rounded game will make a nice fit in the front court with Karl Anthony-Towns.
Sekou Doumbouya. Scouting Report. Forward. France. 12. player. 170. Pick Analysis
Stock trend from previous mock: +4
One of the biggest risks in the draft, the Hornets will hope to see a high reward payoff in taking Doumbouya. Charlotte will hope that the big man can turn into a star to pair next to Kemba Walker, assuming he stays in North Carolina long-term.
