player. 4. Forward. Virginia. De'Andre Hunter. 69. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

Stock trend from previous mock: +1

The only issue with the new Pelican’s young core is that there is absolutely no shooting in the mix. Despite the fact that there are players on the board with possibly higher ceilings than De’Andre Hunter, his shooting will help New Orleans greatly in keeping up with the three point mirages in the modern NBA.

5. player. Pick Analysis. Guard. Texas Tech. Scouting Report. Jarrett Culver. 156

Stock trend from previous mock: -1

Cleveland should be ecstatic that the Anthony Davis trade included the Lakers first round pick, as the top shooting guard in this class far and away falls to number five. Pairing Jarrett Culver with Collin Sexton could provide for a very solid backcourt for years to come.

6. Guard. North Carolina. Coby White. player. 66. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

Stock trend from previous mock: +3

Recent rumors have surfaced that the Suns have not worked out Darius Garland and fully intend on taking Coby White over him in the case that both guards are still on the board when Phoenix picks. The Suns will more than likely have both point guards as an option, and if the buzz is true, White will take is talents to the desert.
