All while staying under the salary cap, the Bulls manage to bring in very solid rookies, role players, and a superstar-caliber player into the organization in what should boost them into a playoff position in the east.

Although it takes a lot of craftiness and a bit of luck, this Bulls team is a lot closer to contention than most think, and a few moves could push them over the edge. Creating a championship roster takes risk and luck, but the rewards are great, as could be seen if the Bulls take this route.

Let’s take a look at what this roster would look like…

LaVine-Valentine-Selden Jr.

Porter Jr.-Reddish-Hutchison

Carter Jr.-Lopez-Okafor

This is all while staying under the NBA’s salary cap and giving themselves two first-round selections in 2020- not too bad. Let’s hope the Chicago Bulls can find a bit of luck and boldness this summer in order to turn their woes around.
