4. Ryan Arcidiacono

Ryan Arcidiacono has been one of the more consistent, stabilizing forces in the Bulls’ lineup the past two seasons. He’s clearly showing his value to the organization. Arcidiacono is a relentless, hardworking player that possesses great basketball smarts. He has a history of doing the right things and making the right plays.

After agreeing to a two-way contract last year, Arcidiacono has surely made the most of his opportunities. Arcidiacono signed a 1-year, $1.3 million deal to enable him to play for the Bulls during the 2018-2019 season. Contract details show Arcidiacono could be owed $1.8 million next year, but it’s not guaranteed.

Arcidiacono may not be the flashiest player on the floor, but he gets the job done. This should not come as a surprise to anyone, either. Arcidiacono has demonstrated competency in his play for Villanova University, the Windy City Bulls and the Chicago Bulls.

At times, some people like to compare Arcidiacono to Philadelphia 76ers point guard T.J. McConnell. I think Arcidiacono has a bit of Kirk Hinrich in him, as well.

Last season, Arcidiacono averaged 6.7 points, 3.3 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game. He also played in 81 out of 82 regular season games.

Still, it remains unclear if Arcidiacono is part of the Bulls’ plans moving forward.

Arcidiacono is projected to become a restricted free agent this summer.
