Did anything change for the Chicago Bulls?

The NBA Draft Combine is an event that flies entirely too far under-the-radar. Considering how big the NFL Draft Combine is ahead of the NFL Draft, professional basketball should be taking a lesson away from that. Yet, this is still a time that the Bulls front office and scouting department can get a leg up especially in determining what to do with the second round pick.

With the No. 38 overall pick in the second round, the Bulls have plenty of options emerging that could turn into solid rotation players. The players that fell in this combine down draft boards are also prospects to watch that could wind up with the Bulls in the second round.

The Bulls also got clarity on the draft situations with prospects like UNC’s Coby White, Duke’s Cam Reddish, and Vanderbilt’s Darius Garland. Prospects that either weren’t very present in interviewing with the media or missed a good portion of last season in college hoops finally got to measure in.

We also liked what we saw from prospects like Virginia’s Kyle Guy and Croatian forward Luka Samancic. Since we are far away from the end of the shifting of the draft boards and stocks for prospects late in the first round and early in the second, there are still plenty of storylines worth following for Bulls fans before draft night actually arrives.
