Who should fans of the Chicago Bulls start looking into with two high picks for the 2019 NBA Draft after a crucial combine last week?

Who is trending up and who is trending down after the 2019 NBA Draft Combine? We will have to wait and see for a handful of weeks to determine how teams are feeling about the various participants in this NBA Combine. The Chicago Bulls are one of the teams that sit up pretty high in the lottery for this draft that needed to pay close attention to the NBA Combine.

A big reason why the Chicago Bulls stick out at the forefront of this 2019 NBA Draft Combine is that it is hosted in the Windy City. The NBA Combine took center stage in Chicago, IL, for May 16 and 17 for two days of compact action. We got to see a little bit of everything from a vital NBA Draft Combine and set of scrimmages.

The NBA Combine is so action packed, compared to a similar event in professional sports like the NFL Draft Combine, because of the quick measurements and all the scrimmages that are widely available. All of the scrimmages can be streamed live on the ESPN app and the same channel had coverage of pretty much everything going on during this year’s NBA Combine.

However, the action is all but concluded in the Windy City for this year’s NBA Combine. We have plenty to dissect and takeaway from a combine that was unusually loaded with potential first and second round talent. Usually, the NBA Combine scrimmages are for players vying for positioning either down the bench in rotations or in the G-League. This year, we saw even a few projected lottery picks participating in the scrimmages.

With all this in mind, here’s a deeper look into the biggest risers and fallers (or winners and losers) from the 2019 NBA Draft Combine, especially pertaining to the Chicago Bulls.
