Washington, another faller in the draft, is in complete shambles. While it is unclear if the team is going to rebuild or try to return to contention in 2019-2020, Rui Hachimura can help the Wizards to do both. As a very solid and NBA-ready player, Hachimura may not have the highest ceiling, but also has a very high floor.

Hachimura can do a bit of everything on the court and his ability to play both forward positions is a big bonus for Washington.

With their second pick in the top ten, the Hawks address the shooting guard position by selecting Romeo Langford out of Indiana. Langford was a high-profile high school recruit and has shown the ability to score at a high level.

Playing alongside Trae Young will be a good fit, as Langford has shown to be a much more effective finisher and mid-range scorer than a perimeter player, although he does show promise in his three-point shooting.
