For a rebuilding team who won’t pick in the first round of the 2020 draft, falling to 5th is a huge disappointment and setback. De’Andre Hunter is the best player available at five at a position of need for Cleveland, but the forward does not exactly scream NBA star.

Nonetheless, he should make an immediate impact in Cleveland and serve as the long-term solution at the small forward position left void by LeBron James last summer.

Anyone who watches the game of basketball knows that the Suns need a point guard, and anyone who reads my articles knows how big of a fan I am of Darius Garland.

The Suns were hoping to be able to take Morant this year, however, Garland could very well turn out to be the best point guard in this draft, as his modern NBA style will help Phoenix tremendously. The Suns get their point guard of the future and shouldn’t be too upset about it.
