It is safe to say the 2019 NBA Lottery did not go in favor of the Chicago Bulls. How do the Bulls fair in this 2019 NBA Mock Draft?

Sliding down three spots in the 2019 NBA Draft, the Chicago Bulls will pick seventh overall for the third straight season. Although this situation is far from ideal or what Bulls fans were expecting, Gar Forman and John Paxson have found success in the draft of late, so the horizon should not look too gloomy for the Bulls. What about in a 2019 NBA Mock Draft?

On the contrary, teams such as the New Orleans Pelicans, Memphis Grizzlies, and Los Angeles Lakers, are ecstatic today. This new lottery system certainly did its job in discouraging taking by reducing the benefits of tanking, as it will be interesting to see if this trend decreases at all as a consequences of the league’s initiative.

For those who have followed my previous 2019 NBA Mock Draft posts, this one will look much different than the ones before the lottery. Not only do different teams move up and down in the order, but these teams have different positional and talent needs to be addressed which completely shake up the completion of the mock.

This 2019 NBA Mock Draft will take fans through picks one through thirty eight in order to give readers a clearer idea as to who the Bulls may take and who may be available when Chicago is on the clock in the first and second rounds. Barring any major trades, this mock will be the final of 2019 season.
