The 2019 NBA Draft Lottery is quickly approaching. Where do the Chicago Bulls rank among other lottery teams in terms of needing Zion Williamson?

Zion Williamson is arguably the most coveted NBA prospect since a guy named LeBron James entered the professional scene in 2003.
