The process for the Chicago Bulls to see what they can get out of this draft class from players with very high ceilings but injury concerns is about to begin. The pre-draft workout and medical testing process for an NBA Draft prospect like freshman Oregon Ducks center Bol Bol will be extremely pivotal.

Bol missed nearly the entire 2018-19 season for Oregon due to a foot injury. He only got to play in nine games with the Oregon basketball program before he was sidelined for the rest of the season that saw his team win the PAC-12 Tournament and attempt a good run through the NCAA Tournament.

That injury for Bol brings about the concern that usually comes with a player of his extremely long frame with what his longevity in the NBA will look like. Bol’s father didn’t have the cleanest medical record either in the NBA. If not for the injury concerns, Bol could be a top five pick in this draft.

Yet, the reality here is that Bol is a very high-risk, high-reward draft pick in this class. He is a very natural shooter that has an offensive arsenal that could be almost impossible to defend if he develops well and stays healthy. But he also has some defensive limitations that will always be present in his game.
