The Chicago Bulls and their fans are desperate for a playoff berth. Here are 5 keys to making the playoffs next year.

The NBA Playoffs are in full swing and Chicago Bulls fans are on the outside looking in. While other NBA fan bases are passionately watching their teams night in and night out, Bulls fans are looking forward to the 2019 NBA Draft Lottery. It’s not a bad thing to be excited about, though. The lottery is where progress starts. It’s what sets the tone for the entire offseason.

This offseason is one of the most important ones for Bulls fans in recent memory. The climb out of the lottery hole and into the sunlight of the playoffs starts in the summer. That’s where rosters are formed and expectations are set.

The Bulls were far away from the playoffs in terms of their record (22-60). But they actually aren’t all that far away from the playoffs in terms of their roster.

The roster isn’t the only thing that needs work, though. If the Bulls want to make the playoffs next year, here are five things they need to focus on.
