2018-2019 was a rough season to be a Chicago Bulls fan. Despite expectations that the team would improve, the opposite proved to be true.

There were many Chicago Bulls fans who were calling for the team to make the playoffs this season, although this clearly was not the case. This season, a lot more went wrong than did right, although the majority of the issues that occurred were not all personnel-movement problems.
