21. Thunder- Tyler Herro, G, Kentucky
Stock Trend from Pre-Tournament Mock: +4
With the twenty second overall pick, the Thunder receive some desperately needed shooting. Alas, the team is able to select Tyler Herro, who is a straight-up shooter. Along with this, Herro was a highly-rated high school prospect who could turn more heads as a professional. He may not see much playing time as a rookie, but his long-term investment could prove worthwhile.
22. Celtics- Sekou Doumbouya, F, France

Danny Ainge seems to have an affinity for international prospects, and here he gets his hands on one of the more interesting ones in a while. Playing in France and only 18 years old, scouts are intrigued by Doumbouya’s incredible physical attributes.
It will take time for him to be an every-day NBA player, but with a multitude of draft picks this season and a contending roster, Boston has plenty of time to wait and hope to come away with a steal. By taking two power forwards, the team comes away with a project and a rotation-ready player.
