Rounding out the 2018-19 regular season and the NCAA Tournament makes for a big time for the season of 2019 NBA Mock Draft lists.

With the conclusion of the NBA regular season, fans and general managers alike have the most solid idea of where their team may be picking until the lottery in May. This is also a time where the 2019 NBA Mock Draft season will ramp up.

This 2019 NBA Mock Draft will predict picks 1-39 (up to the Chicago Bulls’ second round selection) based on the final NBA standings. Each pick will receive a player, the player’s draft stock trend (or the number of picks they increased or decreased by based off our Pre-Tournament Mock), and an analysis of why each selection makes sense for the given team.

Here’s a look at the 2019 NBA Mock Draft, featuring the Chicago Bulls, at the end of the NCAA Tournament and 2018-19 regular season both.

1. Knicks- Zion Williamson, F, Duke

Stock Trend from Pre-Tournament Mock: +/- 0

The Knicks are a dumpster fire. With no true franchise piece (sorry Dennis Smith), the team takes the highest ceiling in the draft. It would be extremely hard to see any team, especially the Knicks, take any player other than Williamson with the first pick.

2. Suns- Ja Morant, G, Murray State

Stock Trend from Pre-Tournament Mock: +/- 0

Although R.J. had a nice tournament as well, aside from the missed free throws in the Michigan State game, it appears that Morant has separated himself as the consensus number two pick. Even if Morant is not a lock for two, it would be hard to see the Suns take a small forward for the third straight year. Point guard is the glaring position need, and Morant is the best available.
