23: Boston Celtics- Lugentz Dort, G, Arizona State

Here, Boston goes with their prototypical international prospect that they go with just about once per season. However, this time, they choose one who played collegiate basketball in America. Standing at 6-foot-4, Dort is slightly undersized at the shooting guard position. He had a nice freshman season, averaging 16.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists. He also added 1.6 steals per game, an impressive mark.

Perhaps his biggest problem, aside from his size, is his shot selection and three-point range. Nonetheless, Dort gets his shot in Boston on a contending team where he can develop and won’t face pressure to contribute immediately.

24: Indiana Pacers- Bruno Fernando, F, Maryland

With their first-round pick, Indiana is going to look to prepare for the future of their power forward position. Fernando has had a solid sophomore season at Maryland in an old-school big man role.

He has great size for his position, standing at 6-foot-10 and weighing in at 240 pounds. A superb rebounder and defender, Fernando will cause havoc next to Myles Turner on the low block.

His offensive game is limited, but he is efficient when he chooses to score the basketball, as he averaged 13.7 points on 61 percent from the field this year. His rebounding totals are also exciting, at a mark of 10.4 per game.
