2. Coby White

  • School: University of North Carolina
  • Height: 6’5″
  • Weight: 185 lbs.
  • Age: 19

Coby White is one of the most exciting players in college basketball, and he also has some of the best hair in college basketball. That’s a nasty combination for hoops fans.

The North Carolina freshman is averaging 16.3 points per game this season on 43.1 percent shooting from the field and 36.0 percent shooting from deep to go along with 4.2 assists and 3.4 rebounds.

White uses his electrifying quickness to blow by defenders and get into the lane, but he also has a lethal pull up jumper. His decent 36.0 percent shooting from 3-point range isn’t indicative of how dangerous this guy is from beyond the arc. At the NBA level, he’ll be an incredible shooter.

Coby White isn’t afraid to take the shot in big moments (as demonstrated multiple times this season), and that’s the kind of attitude I want in an NBA point guard – as long as he has the ability to make the right play, which White has shown he has the wherewithal to do.

North Carolina is another team that’s poised to make a deep run in the tournament, so keep an eye on the 6’5″ kid from North Carolina with awesome hair. He won’t disappoint.
