1. Number of trade pieces for the Chicago Bulls

Now, we’ll touch on how Frank Ntilikina can actually wind up in the Windy City instead of what he still brings in terms of potential and raw talent. The discussion surrounding Ntilikina’s trade situation always circles back to his potential and not what he’s actually produced on the court so far in his career.

If he shows something resurgent during the rest of this regular season with the Knicks, it is worth taking a flier out on him. The Bulls have more than enough trade pieces that the front office appears to be willing to work with on the open market. Depending on where it lands in this draft, the Bulls could also move down to bring in more valuable players during this rebuild.

Two of the more intriguing trade targets that could work out between the Bulls and Knicks include center Robin Lopez and point guard Kris Dunn. The patience with Dunn in the Windy City appears to be running thin, and Lopez could be the talk of the town in terms of a sign and trade deal with the Bulls.

If the Bulls did manage to work out a deal involving Dunn and Ntilikina, some fans would feel that it would just be moving backward. Depending on how the Bulls handle the 2019 NBA Draft and free agency, it could be an intriguing direction to move to bring Ntilikina in the mix alongside a veteran point guard. There haven’t been any rumors emerging about this yet, though.
