Top players from the Milwaukee Bucks

If not for the efforts of Antetokounmpo in this game, the Chicago Bulls would’ve reigned victorious. Giannis posted a game-high 29 points and 17 rebounds. If Markkanen had continued his solid performance from the first half, that matchup would’ve been solid throughout for 48 minutes.

However, the four other players that contributed big time to this Milwaukee victory also helped their team pull away in the second half. All-Star small forward Khris Middleton had a good outing with 16 points, four rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Forward Ersan Ilyasova was the best Bucks player off the bench with 12-points, shooting better than 50 percent from the field.

This game was a good example of why the Bucks are at the top of the East standings at this point of the regular season. Milwaukee is getting some key contributions along with an MVP-caliber season from Antetokounmpo. Giannis’ efforts helped the Bucks win the battle on the glass and outshoot the Bulls by nearly 10 percent from the field.

Two of the other players worth mentioning in this victory for the Bucks came from the back court with guards Eric Bledsoe and Malcolm Brogdon. Bledsoe and Brogdon combined for 36 points while shooting well over 50 percent from beyond the arc and remaining perfect in 10 attempts from the free-throw line.
