The Chicago Bulls have been one of the worst teams in the NBA this season. If they decide it’s time for a roster change, here are 5 teams that the Bulls should contact about a Jabari Parker trade.

The Chicago Bulls have been a laughingstock lately. Whether it’s getting blown out by 56 points at home or nearly boycotting practice, this team has been in almost every headline for the last week or so. Clearly, something needs to change.

Last summer, the Bulls made two big signings: they signed Zach LaVine to a 4-year, $78 million contract, and they signed Jabari Parker to a 2-year, $40 million contract (there’s a team option on the second year). The LaVine deal seems to be working out. He’s leading the Bulls in scoring and is the only Bull that can consistently create his own shot. The Parker contract, on the other hand, isn’t working out as well.

While Parker has been solid on offense, his defense has been suboptimal at best.

I know what you’re thinking. Yes, Zach LaVine’s defense has also been suboptimal, but the Bulls are fairly loaded at the power forward position. If Jabari isn’t playing solid defense, then he’ll have a hard time finding a spot in the rotation. He’s not going to play over Lauri Markkanen or Bobby Portis, and he just isn’t very effective at the small forward position.

Per K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, the Bulls have been talking with several teams about a potential Jabari Parker trade. If the Bulls decide to follow through on a Parker trade, here are 5 teams that might be interested.
