The Chicago Bulls beat the New York Knicks 116-115 on Monday night in double-overtime and the win brought back up three key questions for the season.

The Chicago Bulls won despite their best efforts in a sloppy double-overtime against the New York Knicks.

Zach LaVine showed out in the win, dropping 41 points and putting Chicago on his back throughout the game. LaVine hit a trio of clutch triples in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter and scored all eight of Chicago’s points in the second overtime, including the game-winning free throw.

Bulls rookies Wendell Carter Jr. and Chandler Hutchison also had solid performances in limited minutes. Carter scored 11 points to go along with his 13 rebounds while Hutchison poured in eight points accompanied by solid defense in just 16 minutes of play.

The win puts the Bulls at 3-8 on the year and comes during an injury-riddled stretch of games that has forced Chicago to play its bench players major minutes.

Despite the positive win, three big questions remain for the Bulls going forward.
