Two ugly preseason games into the rebuild, the Chicago Bulls look a little directionless. While there’s many questions regarding the future, I have three burning ones I’d like to see addressed by season’s end.

No one said it was going to be pretty (and it’s not).

The Chicago Bulls are going to be bad.

Despite the 113-109 victory for the Bulls on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans, we saw a more defining picture of the Bulls on Thursday night against the Dallas Mavericks. I could say it in my own words, but I believe the Chicago Tribune’s K.C. Johnson said it best:

That’s about right. It’s going to be a mess of a season, folks.

However, I’ve committed myself to enjoying the ride and hoping for something positive. These guys are going to stink most of the time, but when they don’t, it’s like a little treat.

Granted, I’m not anticipating much from this season, but I do want to see some progress. There’s a bunch of young talent on this team and I’m sure there’s legit, NBA starters somewhere on this rosters. Zach LaVine is one, but the case is out on the rest.

There’s a few questions I have — three to be exact — about these Bulls this season.
