Win or Lose, What are we Doing?

With the team’s loss of Dwyane Wade, there are a couple of positives moving into the final stage of the regular season. Coach Hoiberg gets more opportunities to attempt to develop the young guys.

It starts here:

Paul Zipser is one of the young fellas who nobody saw coming. Per 36 minutes, he averages 10.1 points and 5.4 rebounds. Not too bad with all things considered.

Zipser can shoot the 3-ball and play some pretty solid defense on the wing. This could quite possibly be the time to see where he stands in opposition to Nikola Mirotic.

This is also a wondrous opportunity to watch Denzel Valentine let it fly. What a time to be alive.

When I say this boy can play, this boy can play. Look at the facts!

A developing wing shooter is just what this team needs. This “second to last place, no flick of the wrist” 3-point shooting team needs some help, and they have the opportunity to create it themselves.

If this means the end of Dwyane Wade in a Chicago Bulls uniform, I’m fine with it. It’s been around that time to get “younger and athletic” anyways.
