The Streak reaches 19-0
OK, so after further review … the #TNTBulls streak has reached 19 games.
(There was a game back in 2013 that wasn’t added to the mix until after Thursday’s win against Golden State.)
The point is, The Streak is still alive.
What is the #TNTBulls streak? It’s a 19-game winning streak for the Bulls in which they’ve played on TNT at home during their usual Thursday doubleheader, dating back to February 2013, when former Bull Joakim Noah put up a 20-20-10 triple-double with blocks (!) against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Bulls have beaten the likes of the Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs and the Warriors just this season alone.
This was the last time the Bulls lost on a TNT Thursday doubleheader at home:
(LeBron James was still a member of the Miami Heat. It’s been a while. Also, how do you only score 67 points at home wearing the best alternate uniforms in the NBA? Figure it out, Bulls.)
The Streak has a chance to reach 20 in a row later this month when the Bulls host … LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers at the United Center.
Next: A long-winded rant about the Chicago Bulls' front office
Of course that’s who’s next.
