As you’d expect without Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade active, the Chicago Bulls were cremated by the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night in Oakland. Here’s three takeaways from the 31-point loss.

Here’s how to sum up the Chicago Bulls’ experience in Oracle Arena on late Wednesday night: a six-year-old boy playing basketball in his driveway shoots the ball, and then his 12-year-old brother swats in into the street and makes him go get the ball.

That’s what Wednesday’s game felt like and looked like for virtually the entire night in a 123-92 Warriors shellacking of the Bulls to send Chicago back under the .500 mark at 26-27 on the season.

For about the 15th time this season, one of the few positives was Taj Gibson. Gibson poured in 15 points on 9-of-10 shooting with nine rebounds in the blowout loss, while increasing his trade value even more. It’s no secret that he’s going to be an unrestricted free agent this summer and teams around the league know this. It might be time to move the veteran forward … except to the Warriors, because they’re really good.

Along with Gibson’s solid night, here’s three takeaways from the Butler and Wade-less loss to the NBA’s best team.
