Here’s a previewed look ahead to Saturday night’s game between the Chicago Bulls and the Dallas Mavericks. Can the Bulls win a game they should?

For the second game in their first four-game-in-five-nights span of the season, the Chicago Bulls will head to the Lone Star State for a meeting with the woeful Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night.

The Bulls will be coming off a rather big win at home on Friday night in Dwyane Wade’s first meeting with old friend and teammate LeBron James as a member of the Bulls, while the Mavericks have won one basketball game since Nov. 9.

Dallas didn’t play on Friday night, but the Bulls had to work for 48 minutes to pick up a win against the Eastern Conference’s best team (who is actually struggling at the moment, losing three in a row).

If you’ve watched the Bulls over the recent years, you know they’re vulnerable to losing games they shouldn’t in the regular season. It happens to everybody, but sometimes too often for the Bulls.

But, there’s a reason why the Mavericks have lost 15 of their first 18 games. Dirk Nowitzki has an Achilles issue and has only played in two games since Nov. 6. It’s hard to win ballgames when your best player has been in a suit for most of your season.

Having said that, here’s a previewed look at Bulls-Mavericks with where team is right now, the projected starting five for both teams and a prediction of Saturday’s game.
