2. The second quarter was the worst thing ever

Here’s the hilarious thing about the putrid second quarter for the Bulls (and Jazz for that matter) on Thursday night: They only trailed by two points going into halftime.

Thanks to this Jimmy Butler triple at the buzzer, the Bulls only trailed 43-41, despite missing 2-for-23 shooting performance in the final 7:40 of the second quarter.

33 combined points were scored between the two teams. To put that in perspective, the Bulls scored 35 points by themselves on Tuesday night in their beatdown of the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Jazz outscored the Bulls in that final 7:40 of the second quarter, 7-5.

It was just … awful.

The sorest of eyesores.

Speaking of eyesores, there’s been a common one for the Bulls lately that was actually pretty good on Thursday night.
