11. Michael Jordan … passes to Steve Kerr?

One of the most iconic shots in NBA history wasn’t taken by Michael Jordan.

Remember that rookie head coach that won the NBA title in 2015? Yeah, he hit it.

With five seconds left in Game 6 of the 1997 NBA Finals, Steve Kerr got his signature moment when Michael Jordan dished to him and Kerr nailed a jumper at the nail to break the tie and give the Bulls the 88-86 lead.

Scottie Pippen would steal the ensuing inbounds pass and Toni Kukoc would cap the Bulls’ fifth title run with one more dunk as the celebration began in Chicago.

The story from Kerr that followed at the championship rally was the stuff of legends.

“Why don’t we go to Steve?”

Never change, Steve.
