Derrick Rose didn’t take care of business in his first media session since his latest injury. The Chicago Bulls didn’t take care of business on the court.

Derrick Rose should pull a Marshawn Lynch next time a reporter asks him about his injury. Although he didn’t say anything blatantly ridiculous, Rose’s nonchalant attitude towards making a return this season was enough to disturb many people in Bulls nation.

The Chicago Bulls had two problems Monday night. First, they lost their third straight game in a heartbreaking defeat to the Memphis Grizzlies. Second, Derrick Rose calmly refused to commit to a return date despite being given a 4-6 week time table by doctors and team officials. With the Bulls losers of 5 of their last 8 and Rose, Jimmy Butler and Taj Gibson battling injuries, Chicago isn’t in the best state of being right now.

Despite an inspirational 4th quarter comeback, the Chicago Bulls dropped their third straight contest Monday against the Memphis Grizzlies at the United Center. The Bulls overcame a double-digit forth quarter deficit and tied the game at 82 apiece with 7 minutes and ten seconds left in the game. Later in the quarter, the Bulls led by as much as four points. The Bulls forth quarter comeback was led by Tony Snell who scored 11 points on 4-6 shooting from the field to help bring the Bulls back into striking distance. However, the Bulls ultimately ran out of gas at the end of the game and lost by 10 points. Here are the highlights from the game.

Grizzlies center Marc Gasol got the better of his elder brother Pau in a highly anticipated match-up of all-star siblings. Marc scored 23 points in the game on 10-16 from the field. During the course of the contest, Pau showed visible signs of frustration because of his inability to out-perform his brother on either end of the floor.
