29.) Utah Jazz: (15th in the Western Conference)

Remember a time where Utah was actually good and when they looked to have their future all set up? I do, and now it now seems like it’s been awhile since they had Deron Williams at point guard and Al Jefferson and Paul Milsap in the post. The organization decided to blow it up and rebuild from the ground up to get younger guys playing time. Unfortunately, for them it’s been a long trip back and it’s only going to get longer with the pieces that they currently have. Utah will be starting this season out with a young team and a rookie head coach. Usually that is a formula for disaster but we will see.

Question: Is Dante Exum going to be able to carry over his abilities to the next level?

I loved Exum coming out of the draft but the more I see of him, the less I like. Exum played his basketball in Australia and he dominated that competition. However, the more I watch that Australia competition its clear that none of them really deserved to be compare to NBA level talent. I really like Exum but this is going to take some more time than we may have originally believed, which is why he likely comes off the bench to start the season and potentially to end the season.
